These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals with Dunia Car Rental (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, paying, picking up, or operating a vehicle from our company, you (“Renter”) agree to all terms listed below.
1. Driver Eligibility
Renter must:
• Be at least 23 years old
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Have a clean driving record (no DUIs/major violations)
• Provide accurate personal information
Providing false information may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Booking & Payments
• Full payment or deposit is required before the rental begins
• All payments must be made using accepted methods: Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Debit/Credit
• Processing fees may apply for card payments
• Renter agrees to all mileage limits, fees, and policies listed on our website
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for every rental.
Deposits are:
• Held until the vehicle is returned and inspected
• Returned after fuel, mileage, tolls, damages, and cleaning fees are settled
• Forfeited partially or fully if the vehicle is returned late or damaged
Deposits are not used as prepaid rental fees.
4. Insurance Requirements
Renter must:
• Have valid auto insurance that covers rental vehicles
OR
• Purchase temporary rental insurance from us, if available
Renter is liable for all damages if no valid insurance is active during the rental.
5. Vehicle Use
Renter agrees to:
• Drive only within allowed states (PA, NJ unless approved in writing)
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, delivery, rideshare, or towing
• Keep the vehicle clean and smoke-free
• Return the vehicle with the same fuel level
Unauthorized use may result in:
• Immediate termination
• Additional fees
• Loss of deposit
6. Mileage & Fuel
• Rentals include a set daily/weekly mileage
• Extra miles are billed at published rates
• Renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level or pay fuel fees
7. No Smoking / No Pets
• $150+ for smoking violations
• $100+ for pet hair, odor, or damage
Violations may also result in loss of deposit.
8. Late Returns & Extensions
• A 30-minute grace period is allowed
• After 30 minutes, late fees apply automatically
• Extensions must be approved and paid in advance
• Unauthorized late returns may be charged per hour or per day
9. Damages & Liability
Renter is financially responsible for:
• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental
• Lost keys, flat tires, cracked windshields, or interior damage
• Tolls, tickets, and violations
The Company may deduct amounts from the security deposit or charge the card on file.
10. Breakdowns & Accidents
If an accident occurs:
• Contact us immediately
• Contact police to file a report
• Do not leave the scene unless instructed by authorities
Failure to follow procedures may make renter liable for ALL damages.
11. Termination of Rental
We may refuse service or terminate a rental for:
• Fraud
• Unsafe driving
• Failure to pay
• Violating any Terms & Conditions
No refunds are given for violations that result in termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on our website is the current and enforceable version.
Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and vehicle availability, Dunia Car Rental enforces the following cancellation rules:
1. Standard Cancellations
• More than 24 hours before pickup:
Full refund of rental fee (minus processing fees)
• Within 24 hours of pickup:
50% of rental fee is refundable
Deposit is fully refundable
2. Same-Day Cancellations
• Cancellations made on the same day of pickup
→ No refund of rental fee
→ Deposit is returned
3. No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” is when a renter fails to pick up within 1 hour of scheduled time without communication.
No-shows result in:
• No refund of rental fee
• $50 no-show fee
• Deposit is refunded
4. Early Returns
Returning the vehicle early does not result in a refund for unused days.
5. Late Cancellations Due to Missing Requirements
If a renter arrives without:
• Valid driver’s license
• Active insurance
• Payment method
• Required deposit
→ Booking will be canceled on the spot
→ Rental fee is not refunded
→ Deposit is refunded
6. Weather, Emergencies, & Life Situations
We understand emergencies happen.
At our discretion, we may allow:
• Rescheduling
• Credit toward a future rental
This is case-by-case.
7. Company Cancellations
If we must cancel due to vehicle issues or availability:
• Full refund is issued
• Deposit is refunded
• Priority rebooking is offered
